How to Choose the Right Ankle Brace Size

Choosing the right ankle brace size matters: too loose and it will not protect you, too tight and it cuts circulation. Here is how to get it right in a few minutes.
Step 1: Measure your ankle
Sit down and wrap a soft tape measure around the thinnest part of your ankle, just above the ankle bone. Note the number in centimetres.
Step 2: Match the size chart
Compare your measurement with the size chart on the product page. If you are between two sizes, choose the larger one for comfort during the day and the smaller one for sports.
Step 3: Check the fit
A good brace feels firm but not painful. You should be able to slide one finger under the edge, your toes should stay warm and pink, and the brace should not slide down when you walk.
Per pair or per piece?
If both ankles need support, buy a pair. For a single injured ankle, one piece is enough. Browse our braces per pair or supports per piece.
